Now Accepting Simply Healthcare

We are excited to announce we have contracted with Simply Healthcare. We are pleased to offer residents who complete enrollment with Simply Healthcare a $1,500 one-time payment.

Here’s how to start the Simply Healthcare enrollment process:

• If a resident has more than $2,350 of gross monthly income and more than $2,000 of assets, please call Family First Firm at (407) 574-8125 and indicate you want to enroll in Simply Healthcare. Vivant Senior Living is covering Family First Firm’s costs associated with enrollment, so tell them you’re a Vivant Senior Living resident.

• If a resident has less than $2,350 of gross monthly income and less than $2,000 of assets, please call Choice Counselors at 877-711-3662 and indicate you want to enroll in Simply Healthcare.
