We are excited to be in family-friendly Maitland. Each of our homes is a family unit of four to six residents. It is important to our residents, and their families, to live and receive care in beautiful, family-friendly neighborhoods.

We keep our homes maintained, landscaped, and following noise and parking requirements.

We respect the neighborhoods and homeowners associations (HOAs) where we are located including the Versailles Homeowners Association in the Versailles neighborhood, the Maitland Woods Association in the Maitland Woods neighborhood, and the Minnehaha Shores Association in the Minnehaha Shores neighborhood.
