The act of caregiving drives Vivant Senior Living. Our mission is to provide exceptional memory care to seniors living with dementia. To do this, we equip, support, and invest in those who care for our residents, particularly our caregivers. Our commitment to the act of caregiving impacts the communities we live in and allows us to take care of all of our stakeholders.

This statement intends to guide decisions in our company, living as an evergreen document that we will continually edit and update with our stakeholders.

Stakeholders include, but are not limited to, our residents, residents’ families, caregivers, employees, volunteers, owners, investors, neighbors, homeowners associations, local communities, first responders, local governments, government regulatory agencies, local competitors, partners, suppliers, local businesses, vendors, contractors, and healthcare providers.
