Leads, Move-ins, and Conversion Rates
Vivant Senior Living opened its first memory care home in Maitland, FL, in December 2019. Our first resident came from a no-fee source and is still a resident with us. We are proud our first resident is still with us, particularly in an industry that experiences turnover. Around here, we celebrate move-in anniversaries like we celebrate resident birthdays.
No-fee sources are leads we receive by phone call or through the contact form on our website that do not require us to pay a referral fee to a company if the resident becomes a paying resident with us. These leads typically find us through online search or word-of-mouth.
We consider a lead to be anyone who contacts us about memory care services for a loved one or client. Since January 1, 2020, we have received a total of 221 leads for our memory care services.
Of the 221 leads, 81 were from referral companies, and 140 were from no-fee sources.
Of the 81 leads from referral sources, 13 have moved in, a 16.05% conversion rate.
Of the 141 leads from no fee sources, seven have moved in, a 5.00% conversion rate.
