Vivant Senior Living receives inquiries through our contact form from families seeking memory care for loved ones each week like the messages shared below. There’s no wrong way to contact us. You can be concise or lengthy, we don’t care. As soon as we get your message, we’ll do our best to help you find what you’re seeking.
Seeking a Facility for a Spouse
“Seeking a facility for my husband. Need asap.”
“My husband is in rehab after falling and breaking his hip… He has Alzheimer's.”
“My husband is in need of full-time memory care. I would like to know if you have any availability and the cost associated with your services - what do you provide, etc. A tour of your facility would be great as well.”
Looking for Mom or Dad
“Mom has Alzheimer’s and is unable to live by herself anymore.”
“We are looking for our mother.”
“Hi, we are looking for a memory care unit for my mother-in-law who has advanced dementia. Looking for availability, pricing, and levels of care offered. Thank you.”
“Looking for a facility for my mother in the Orlando area.”
“My mother is in need of a memory care facility and I would like to talk to you about this. I think a residential home would work well for her. She recently had a stroke and a few falls and is now at a skilled nursing facility and I would like to explore other options for her. She is 90 years old.”
"Looking to place my mother immediately."
“Mom has Alzheimer’s and is unable to live by herself anymore.”
“Looking for a place for MIL.”
“My father-in-law has dementia and we are trying to find a home for him. We first thought it would be possible to take care of him, but it's becoming too much for us. We require professional help.”
Searching for Grandma or Grandpa
“Looking for a place for my Grandma. She does show signs of having short-term memory struggles.”
Need a Room for Two
“My parents need memory care, they are 86 and 89. Do you have anything for two people?”
“This will be for both my parents. They are suffering from memory loss even though it is not diagnosed. They live in NY with my sister. We believe Florida is better weather for them.”
“Seeking affordable options for my mom and dad. Dad is diabetic. Both are in a wheelchair. Mom has a three-pound emotional support dog. I am a power of attorney for both.”
“My in-laws are in need of care, one of them suffers from dementia. Can they both live there?”
Medicaid and Medicare
"I am looking for information for pricing with Medicaid or Medicare as my mother has both. Please email during business hours as I cannot answer phone calls during work hours. Thank you."
“My mother suffers from Alzheimer's disease, diabetes and cannot walk. She is unable to support her own weight due to having weak legs even though she is about 210 pounds. Please quote and answer if you accept Medicaid/Medicare along with payment options.”
“Looking for a place for mom with memory care where Medicare is accepted.”
“Do you accept simply LTC and Medicaid? He has SSD. It’s for my husband. I have been caring for him for 6 years now. I can no longer care for him.”
Reply to questions about Medicaid and Medicare:
Vivant Senior Living is enrolled in Simply Healthcare’s Statewide Medicaid Managed Care Long-Term Care (SMMC LTC) program. Payments received from Simply enrollees supplement total care costs. The family or resident is responsible for covering costs not covered by Simply.
Vivant Senior Living is not enrolled in any Medicare programs, so we do not accept direct payments from Medicare.
Rates and Pricing
“Can you advise your room rates (lower rate) for memory care to include any extra costs, and advise of your current availability? You may email me or call with the info. Thank you.”
“I want information about the price for memory care service for my mom.”
“I am interested in receiving information and rates for full-time dementia care in one of your residential homes for my mother.”
“How much does this facility cost?”
