Glowing Note From Resident's Daughter

The Vivant Senior Living caregiving team works hard to ensure each resident is well cared for. The ups and downs of dementia are tough on everyone, so we are always mindful of what some special attention and engagement do for our residents. Our whole team appreciates it when a resident’s family member takes the time to write us a note with positive feedback. It fills up our tanks a little higher and gives us more energy to give back to our residents.

Below is an excerpt of a note received from the daughter of one of our residents. It means so much to us when a family member feels the dignity and respect we have for their loved one.
