Savannah Grand is Now Ambiance at Maitland

Savannah Grand is changing its name to Ambiance at Maitland, according to the Community Sales Director. It will no longer be managed by Senior Living Management Corporation. Instead, it will now be managed by Providence Senior Living which also oversees the lovely Providence Living at Maitland. You can read our post welcoming Providence Living at Maitland to the neighborhood in 2021.

Ambiance at Maitland’s Community Sales Director also announced new updates to the roofing and exterior grounds. She says “the grounds will be made into a beautiful park-like setting.” We are excited to see this investment being made into memory care communities in Maitland.

Providence Senior Living was founded by Providence One principals, Tom Green, and Michelle Pierce. They have developed and invested in a number of assisted living and memory care communities so we feel the new Ambiance at Maitland will be in good hands.
