We Want to Welcome Strive Senior Living to the Neighborhood

All of us at Vivant Senior Living would like to welcome Strive Senior Living to the neighborhood. Their brand-new Strive at Fern Park facility is located five minutes up the road from our Vivant at Versailles memory care home, and it looks great.

Community amenities

Strive at Fern Park includes 79 assisted living suites and 46 state-of-the-art memory care units. Some of the amenities include a bistro, herb garden, and dog park.

What’s the story behind the community’s name?

We all "strive" to do our best to care for our residents and their families in senior living.

When did construction start?

According to GrowthSpotter, in early 2017, the group behind Strive at Fern Park purchased "the property formerly occupied by the Liberty Technical Institute, which used the buildings to train nurses and other medical professions" to redevelop the property to an assisted living facility. They later purchased an adjacent property to develop a standalone memory care facility. Construction started in mid-2018 according to the Orlando Business Journal.

We want to congratulate Jim Jennings, Trey Vick, Carrie Vick, John Wick, Holly Jennings, KR Management, V 3 Capital Group, Bessolo Design Group, Project Management Advisors, and everyone else who made the opening a success. The investment group that owns Strive at Fern Park also owns Sanctuary by Strive (formerly Sutton Homes) and Classic Home Health Services.
